Cobolt router bits feature tungsten carbide tips (TCT) that provide significantly longer service life than HSS bits. The carbide retains its edge up to 10 times longer, making Cobolt bits particularly cost-effective for frequent use. Manufacturing takes place primarily in Taiwan using materials of the highest quality.

For CNC machining, Cobolt offers a wide range of spiral cutters: upcut and downcut spirals for wood, specialist cutters for hard and soft plastic, aluminium and fibreglass, as well as ball-nose cutters for 3D machining.
