Your statutory right

This withdrawal function is provided pursuant to the Consumer Rights Directive as amended by EU Directive 2023/2673. The withdrawal period is 14 days from when you received the goods. Some goods are exempt from the right of withdrawal (e.g. sealed goods that have been opened).

The right of withdrawal applies to private individuals (consumers). Business purchases are not covered by the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal – contact us with any questions about returns.
