What is the difference between FFP1, FFP2 and FFP3 from 3M?
The classes indicate how effectively the mask filters particles according to EN 149. FFP1 offers basic protection against coarser dust, FFP2 protects against finer dust and mist, and FFP3 provides the highest protection. 3M colour-codes the straps: yellow, blue and red respectively.
What is the difference between the 3M Aura 9300+ and the 8000 series?
The Aura 9300+ is a foldable mask with a three-panel design for a conforming fit and small storage volume. The 8000 series is a classic cup-shaped mask. Both come in FFP1–FFP3 and with or without an exhalation valve.
